JB & Co. Staging + Design

Design

Not an Add-on
Design is a full service line for us, not something we tack onto a staging job. It has its own process, its own team, and its own standards.
Some clients come to us after a staging project and ask us to do it for real, in the home they are keeping. Some come with a room that has never worked. Some come with a whole house. We start all three the same way.

How We Work with Designers
Staging taught us how a room reads, how it photographs, and how to make a space work for the people moving through it. For projects that go deeper, we bring in interior designers we have chosen and vetted ourselves, matched to your project rather than whoever is available.
From there it is a team. Your designer brings specification, materials, and the technical depth a full build requires. We bring the vision, the market perspective, and the execution. You work with all of us, not with us relaying messages to someone you never meet.
Your agreement is with Reimagined, and one invoice comes from us.
The Process

Step One: The Consultation
Every project starts here. A working session at your home with all of us in the room, so nothing gets decided twice because someone was not there. We walk every room and talk through what works, what to edit, and what is missing. Afterward you receive a written summary, a prioritized action plan, and room-by-room placement notes. A flat fee is due at booking. You will know the investment before we begin.

Step Two: After the Consultation
Some clients take the plan and run with it. Some keep going with us. If you keep going, design time is purchased in advance as a block of hours. You draw it down as you use it and decide when and whether to add more. No retainer, no monthly commitment, no open-ended engagement. You always know how your time is being spent. We track hours as we work and send you a running log, so nothing lands on an invoice you did not see coming.

Purchasing
We specify what goes where, with dimensions, finishes, and direct links, plus an alternate in case something is unavailable. You place the orders on your own accounts, at whatever price you can find. No commission, no markup, no procurement fee. You keep every discount you find.
Some pieces are worth sourcing through trade accounts, either for pricing you cannot access or for quality not sold direct to consumers. When that comes up we will tell you, quote it separately, and let you decide. It is never assumed.
Renovation Work
You contract your licensed general contractor directly. We coordinate with them and your designer so the design intent survives the build, and your designer issues the documentation the contractor works from.
