Our commitment
Reimagined. JB & Co. is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to browse our work, understand our services, and get in touch with us without barriers.

Standard we are working toward
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the widely accepted international standard for web accessibility and explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities.
We describe this as a goal we are actively working toward rather than a state we have achieved. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we would rather be honest about where we are than claim a conformance level we have not independently verified.

What we are doing
Steps we take to improve accessibility on our site include:

• Writing descriptive alternative text for images that convey information

• Maintaining color contrast between text and background

• Using clear heading structure so the site can be navigated by screen reader

• Writing descriptive link text rather than "click here"

• Building forms with labeled fields

• Designing the site to work across screen sizes and on mobile devices

• Reviewing accessibility when we add or update pages

Known limitations
We want to be straightforward about areas where our site may not yet meet our goal:

• Some portfolio images and case study pages use custom-built layouts that may not be fully optimized for screen readers

• Some older images may be missing alternative text

• Third-party content embedded on our site, including social media feeds and mapping tools, is not fully within our control

Third-party content
Our website is built on a third-party platform and includes content and tools from other providers, including social media embeds, mapping, and scheduling. We do not control the accessibility of that content, though we choose our tools with accessibility in mind where we have a choice.
