About Us
How Reimagined Started
It started with a frustration.
Joannie was a Realtor with listings that needed staging and no good way to get it. She staged them herself. She hired stagers. She was disappointed by the work or floored by the invoice, and often both. Somewhere in there the obvious thought landed: she could do this better, and every agent she knew needed someone who would.
Then it got bigger than staging.
Julie came in on the marketing side, building the brand and weighing in on where the business was headed. The more she got involved, the clearer it was that she was not really a vendor anymore. Over coffee one morning she told Joannie she wanted to be her partner. They have been dreaming bigger together ever since.
Now we are building something wider.
Staging is still the core of what we do, and it is still the thing we are most exacting about. But the business has grown around it. We partner with interior designers to offer full design services. We have built relationships with vendors that let us source pieces you will not see in a standard staging inventory. What began as a better way to stage a listing has become a studio that can take a home from empty to sold, or from lived-in to genuinely loved.

Joannie Bates, Co-Owner & CEO
Joannie brings a successful real estate career and a deep understanding of how presentation affects pricing, buyer perception, and days on market. She works directly with Realtors to align staging decisions with listing strategy, target buyer profile, and marketing goals, and she leads the client intake process that makes every stage intentional and market ready.
Julie Musheno, Co-Owner & CMO
Julie brings over 20 years in brand strategy, marketing, and design. She leads marketing strategy for the studio and builds the systems that keep every project moving, making sure each home is presented with the same intentionality online as it is in person.

How We Work
We work as an extension of your listing strategy, not as a vendor you have to manage. That means we show up on your timeline, coordinate around your photographer, communicate in writing, and never put you in the position of explaining our work to your seller
