Reimagined is led by Joannie Bates and Julie Musheno, two partners who approach staging from opposite ends of the same goal.
Joannie brings a successful real estate career and a deep understanding of how presentation impacts pricing, buyer perception, and days on market. She works directly with Realtors to align staging decisions with listing strategy, target buyer profiles, and marketing goals, and leads the client intake process that makes every staging plan feel intentional and market ready.
Julie brings brand strategy, marketing, and design, leading creative direction for the studio and ensuring each home is presented with the same intentionality online as it is in person.
